I launched my independent practice in 2016 and have been consulting independently ever since. My career spans organizational change management, organizational development, organizational design, and strategic human resources. I have coached leaders and teams through complex change across industries including financial services, retail, professional services, and the federal government.

I start by listening. I adapt my approach to the culture, the people, and the complexity of what's actually happening. My engagement style is facilitation-driven and collaborative.

Credentials
I am Prosci Change Management Certified with an Advanced Practitioner designation and I am a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). I hold a Master's in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Franklin & Marshall College.
I earned the Applied AI Change Management Certification through Change Management Review™ and invested in Prosci's Human Centered AI Design and AI Adoption Workshops before building the methodology.
That combination of deep change management experience and AI-specific expertise is the foundation Adoption by Design was built on.
